We perform this work with passion and competence, and are only happy when you are too. It’s all in the mix! The IQZ currently has a 15-strong, interdisciplinary team of highly-motivated experts who are managed by Dr.-Ing. Dirk Althaus, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andreas Braasch, Dr.-Ing. Marco Schlummer and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Arno Meyna. Alongside experienced safety and reliability experts with more than ten years of experience in various projects, our ranks also include junior staff who have joined us from the “Reliability planning”, “Reliability testing” or “Functional safety” courses. The integration and further development of competent junior staff is a matter that is close to our hearts so that we can cope with the growing demand for safety and reliability experts. This is why all of the Managing Directors of the IQZ are also lecturers at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal, and thus manifest the ties between science/research and industry.
